Business Analyst

Your task.

• You accompany innovative and challenging projects to success together with our customers.
• You bring stakeholders from different areas to the table, define the scope with them and actively support the team in successfully implementing the requirements.
• You are a designer and communicator at the interface between business and IT and ensure the flow of business-specific requirements into the project team.
• You determine the needs of both the business and the users and develop concepts and solution designs on this basis. You specify the necessary technical systems together with the development team.
• You elicit requirements and analyze business processes, model them and bring them into line with the given business requirements.
• You help implement methods and processes in agile teams, as well as in traditional project environments.

Your talent.

• You have a technical university degree (FH, Uni, ETH) or have built up equivalent knowledge and experience in practice.
• You have several years of project experience, at least three of which as a business analyst or requirements engineer and first experience as a product owner.
• You like to communicate clearly and respectfully and you feel comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams.
• You work in a customer-oriented, independent, analytical and structured manner, and are flexible and proactive.
• You see the big picture and maintain focus, find solutions to complex problems and can communicate them effectively to others.
• You have a sound knowledge of common tools and methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Story Mapping, UML, BPMN).
• Fluent German (C1 level) and English are a must to excel in this role.
