Your job will include: 
  • Central source of information and know-how for all management and engineers regarding finance processes
  • Manage employee data in internal tools
  • Support management in the planning and budgeting process
  • Prepare and control monthly accounting statements in cooperation with the F&C department in Switzerland
  • General financial administration needed for the company
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Bookkeeping according to company standards and local regulations
  • Act as an interface to external and internal F&C colleagues
  • Provision of information required by the Group’s Finance & Controlling team or Zuhlke’s auditors

Skills & Requirements: 

  • Undergraduate degree (2:1 or higher) or equivalent qualification

  • Continuous professional development in accounting 

Required Skills
  • Very good accounting skills (extensive knowledge about international accounting standards as well as FRS 102)
  • Experience in time and expense claim management in a professional services environment
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy 
  • Very good SAP knowledge (FI/CO essential, HR optional)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Good organization skills
Social competence
  • Works well against tight schedules
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
  • Ability to persuade and influence more senior staff to complete finance and accounting tasks
  • Be accountable for planning and achieving their own daily workload
  • Ability to work independently, make good use of time and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Have a professional attitude on completing tasks in a precise manner
