People Operations Specialist (Temporary & German Fluent)

We are looking for a full-time colleague for our newly formed People Operations Team (on a temporary basis for one year).

What your job will involve:

• Creation of new hire contracts for Germany, Austria, Switzerland
• Creation of other documents, e. g. reference letters
• Maintenance of employee data
• Coordination of On-/Offboarding processes
• Other administrative tasks
• Project support

What you should offer:

• You have experience in People Operations in a shared services environment 
• You are tech savy (MS Office, ideally experienced in working with Workday and/or SAP)
• You are characterized by a precise working style as well as an independent way of working
• You are proactive, flexible and highly customer-oriented
• Your communication skills are one of your strengths
• Your profile is rounded off with an excellent command fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
