In a company that is becoming increasingly digitalised, it is important to optimally connect the tools and the processes, adapt to the changes, and to ensure daily operations. The Business Application Management team at Zühlke ensures this.
Ensure the application operation and further development in the area of the customer relationship management application including peripheral systems and interfaces.
Provide user support and coordinate with our external partners
Evaluate and implement business requirements, new functions, and adjustments
Interface function between departments, IT, and external service providers
Active participation in our project “CRM NextGen”, as well as the option for more responsibility
Work in a distributed team across different countries, with the majority based in Switzerland. You demonstrate a high degree of independence and initiative in organizing your work in this newly created position.
Completed an apprenticeship in IT, computer science related degree or at least 2 years of experience in managing IT applications.
Experience as CRM application manager in a complex environment dealing with IT systems and interfaces, good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Vertec (ERP) knowledge is an advantage.
Knowledge of business processes in the areas of sales, marketing and communication is a great advantage.
Very good knowledge of English, good German language skills are an advantage for the daily contact with users and our integration partners.
