From the idea to the product

MyoSwiss wants to help people with muscle weakness in their everyday lives. As a consequence, the spin-off from the ETH science and technology university in Zurich developed the concept for the «Myosuit», which is intended to provide the legs with additional strength. MyoSwiss lacks the practical experience to fully develop the product to the final stage. With Zühlke, the startup takes wideranging expertise on board that helps them refine the Myosuit to the extent that it can be tested with those affected.

Cross-divisional coaching

MyoSwiss is supported by an interdisciplinary team from Zühlke. Specialists from the areas of project management, hard and software development processes, user experience and regulatory requirements for medical technology all contribute their know-how. They coach the graduates on any questions they have or assist wherever they lack the necessary expertise.

MyoSwiss expands its own in-house expertise

With Zühlke’s support, the start-up builds on its existing knowhow, thus deriving the maximum benefit from the cooperation. In just a few months, MyoSwiss and Zühlke develop a prototype from the original idea for the Myosuit that is ready for initial clinical trials.
