Digital Transformation

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from a Business Perspective

What are artificial intelligence and machine learning? What techniques exist and in what areas can they be used?

New (D10200)

Huge business opportunity, overblown hype or even a threat? Right now, few technological trends are attracting such controversy as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

This one-day course looks at the basics of AI and ML. The first section uses practical examples to clearly illustrate the sorts of areas where AI can be applied. Participants will be able to apply and consolidate their newfound knowledge using example cases.

The second section looks at how to successfully implement AI and ML within an organisation. The course looks at data management and data protection, highlights key elements of data-driven organisations and explains what sort of expertise is required.

Participants will also learn how to correctly assess both business opportunities involving AI and its implementation within an organisation.

Participants will be familiar with the underlying principles of how artificial intelligence and machine learning work and with their limitations, and be able to assess potential uses. They will also be able to take the steps necessary to successfully introduce them into their organisation.

Target group

The course is aimed at managers and other staff who want to play a key role in digital transformation with artificial intelligence and machine learning within their company.
