Training and education.
We invest more than 12 percent of our turnover in staff training. Dedicated working days and a matching financial budget will be allocated annually to help you meet your individual training objectives.
Each year, you and your team will spend a few days at a training camp abroad, exploring interesting topics and taking some time to talk about professional issues and to get to know each other personally.
Pay and profit sharing.
In addition to an annual salary, you will also participate in a profit-sharing scheme, depending on the annual results from the previous year.
Working hours and holidays.
The working week is 40 hours. Staff at Zuhlke are entitled to at least 22 days annual leave, plus public holidays.
Every six months, you will have a development meeting with your line manager. Together we will ensure that you continue to enjoy success in both your projects and your career.
