Project-centred Build-up of RUP Expertise - Team Enabling

Team Training While a Project Is Underway

Team Enabling is a project-focused process for building up expertise. It enables all team members to carry out subsequent projects efficiently on their own. Team Enabling combines customised courses to convey technical fundamentals with project coaching to build up practical experience within the project team. Knowledge is built up efficiently based on the project team's task and level of knowledge, thus assuring an optimum cost-benefit ratio.

The coach assists the project team by providing on-the-job training and conducts regular reviews. He also conveys basic knowledge about the software development process. Ideally, Team Enabling is carried out in conjunction with an actual project for which Zühlke also takes technical responsibility at the outset. This assures that the solution developed satisfies all requirements. At the same time, the coach can apply his experience in iterative development from other projects to the project at hand.

Your team benefits from practical training tailored exactly to your project team's task and level of knowledge. The team takes the fundamentals it learns and applies them directly to the project, instead of to some theoretical examples. Zühlke is responsible for the technical implementation of the project (architecture, procedures, quality).
